My Expertise

Dissemination and Implementation Science (D&I) bridges research and practice. The field's mission is to translate research findings from the health and social services literature into routine practice. D&I includes both research (e.g., what are the best methods to implement new programs?) and practice (e.g., supporting organizations to make a change). D&I builds upon the foundational research established by the fields of health promotion and prevention, health behavior change, public health and policy, change management, global health, complexity science, program evaluation, community-based participatory research, social psychology, industrial/organizational psychology, and more.
