My Approach
Researchers have developed and tested therapies that are the most effective for improving quality of life. I use both science-backed approaches and intuitive guidance to integrate the science with your values and priorities.
These evidence-based therapies include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT; including protocols for transdiagnostic, chronic pain, and insomnia), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. I also align my practice with mind-body awareness, humanistic approaches, community connection, and liberation psychology.
I am firmly allied with the LGBTQIA+ community and use anti-oppressive and anti-racist practices.

I have training in youth, couples, and group therapies but at this time I am only accepting individual adult (18+) clients.

I am an "out of network" provider for all health insurance panels. However, most health insurance benefits will cover a portion of expenses for out-of-network behavioral healthcare. Consult with your insurance company about your plan's policies for out-of-network care and if there are any deductible costs. To assist you in filing reimbursement claims I will provide supporting documentation to make the process as smooth as possible.

Since the passage of the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.
