About

I am a Clinical-Community Psychologist based in Raleigh, North Carolina. My practice offers individual psychotherapy throughout the Triangle and organizational consultation for evaluation and quality improvement. Outside my private practice, I am an implementation scientist and research investigator with Health Services Research & Development at the Veterans Health Administration.

How I work

I approach each patient and each partnership as a unique opportunity for transformative change. Both my consultation and therapy practices use science and collaboration as foundational aspects of the process.
