I am a researcher and psychologist dedicated to supporting healthcare organizations and community agencies to implement best practices, enable change initiatives, evaluate programs, and strengthen partnerships.

Beyond my research and consultation services, I manage the CUH/UCC Cancer Centre. This OECI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Centre is a partnership with Cork University Hospital and University College Cork serving South West Ireland.

I am a fellow with the Implementation Research Institute (IRI) at Washington University in St. Louis, member of the Society for Implementation Research Collaboration (SIRC), member of the Centre for Implementation Research at University of Limerick, faculty with Wandersman Center at ForsMarch, and a founding member of the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) Leadership Team.

I was previously a primary investigator with the Center for Clinical Management Research Department of Veterans Affairs and a former VA Quality Scholar. Until closing my private clinic in 2024, I offered individual psychological services and consultation in North Carolina.
